Villa Jacaranda – Rental Terms and Conditions

Prices and Seasons

Nightly Rates (incl. 6% VAT):

  • High Season (April, May, July, August, school holidays & long weekends): €280

  • Mid Season (June, September): €260

  • Low Season (from the second week of November to end of March, excluding Christmas holidays): €200

  • Supplement: €10 per night per additional guest starting from the 6th guest – only with prior approval from Villa Jacaranda

  • Babies stay for free. Two baby beds are available (bring your own sheets).

Payment Terms

  • Deposit: 30% upon booking (confirms reservation)

  • Balance: 70% due 42 days before arrival

  • Security deposit: €500 to be transferred one week before arrival – refundable within 7 days after departure if no damage is found.

Mandatory & Optional Fees

  • Cleaning fee (mandatory): €100

  • Towel change after 1 week (optional): €10 per person

  • Linen change for stays longer than 2 weeks (mandatory): €10 per person every 2 weeks

  • Mid-stay cleaning for stays longer than 2 weeks (mandatory): €80

  • Supplement: €10 per night per additional guest starting from the 6th guest – only with prior approval from Villa Jacaranda

Pets

One dog is welcome under the following conditions:

  • Fee: €75 per week

  • Pet damage deposit: €250

  • Dogs are only allowed in the living room and kitchen

  • Crate use is required at night and when guests are away

  • The garden is fenced (approx. 1m high enclosure)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation ≥ 4 months before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refundable

  • Cancellation < 4 months before arrival: No refund

  • Cancellation due to force majeure (<42 days before arrival): 50% of the total rental amount is refundable

Booking Modifications

  • One change allowed free of charge, up to 42 days before arrival

  • Subject to availability and applicable rates

  • Valid for a maximum of 1 year from the original booking date

Liability & Behavior

The renter is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their companions, or their pets.
Parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances are strictly prohibited.

Final Provisions

By paying the deposit, the renter agrees to the above terms and conditions.
Violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
